Discover how a simple protocol of breathing and internal perception transformed the mobility of 56 participants. More stability, less stress!
What we observed while testing 56 people may change your perspective on movement.
Every 15 days we implement a protocol with our students. This allows us to expand our list of internal studies.
Today we are talking about one of the latest ones.
During these 15 days, we established a simple protocol.
No machines. No weights. Just... breathing, internal perception, and recentering.
A sweet blend of primary motor skills, breathing, and proprioception.
All this... starting from the center and the first primary motor skills.
Not in the aesthetic sense. In the neurological and proprioceptive sense.
In jargon, we talk about sensorimotor loop.
But we could say it more simply: Your brain moves well... when it feels well.
And to feel right, it must first know where your axis is, your internal center of gravity.
What we did was reconnect this center through a precise sequence:
In 5 minutes, the brain received a clear signal:
"Here is your starting point. You can reorganize around this."
A mini-intervention. A maxi-impact.
But one thing in common: They all reacted positively to the intervention.
Those who repeated the sequence 2 times a day for 15 days doubled the benefits.
Why? Because they sent their nervous system stable, coherent, repeated information.
And thatโs where the magic of the nervous system operates.
It adapts. It fine-tunes. It reorganizes.
And you move better.
You were taught about muscular chains.
You were told about core stabilization, transverse, diaphragm.
But who taught you to speak to the brain in proprioceptive language?
Who taught you that breathing, when properly placed, could become a tool for neuro-postural calibration?
At LabO-RNP, this is our core business.
No fluff. Just loops. Systems. Measurable results.
So of course, at this point, you might be thinking:
"But why am I not already working like this with my clients?"
Because this knowledge is not yet widespread.
But you are here.
And now, you know.
If you want to be recognized as a pro who truly understands movement:
โ You know where to come for training.
The pros who are gaining recognition all have one thing in common โ They understand the nervous system.
And they know how to test it. Read it. Calibrate it.
Beware,
This is not taught in schools.
However, it is exactly what we convey in the LabO-RNP training.
The hardest part is not applying.
Itโs seeing what others do not see yet.
