1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Synapse, the LabO RNP member area, published by LABO RNP (SAS, SIREN 951 755 750), 31 B Rue de Lorquin, 57400 Imling, France, GDPR contact: admin@labo-rnp.com.
Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service. These Terms may be updated at any time — members will be notified by email of any material changes.
2. Account Access
A Synapse account is created automatically when booking an appointment on the site, or directly via registration. Authentication is passwordless: a magic link is sent to your email at each login.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address. Your account is personal and must not be shared. You may:
- Deactivate your account from the Settings page (reversible at any time)
- Request permanent deletion of your data (processed within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR)
3. Services
Synapse provides access to training courses, progress tracking, an experience (XP) system and a profile area. Some content is available for free after registration (freemium access).
Premium training courses may be made available for purchase — specific conditions will be communicated at the time of transaction.
LabO RNP reserves the right to modify, suspend or enhance service features without notice, without entitlement to compensation. Access is provided on a best-effort basis, without guarantee of permanent availability.
4. Appointment Booking
Booking an appointment on the site automatically creates a Synapse account with the email provided. If an account already exists for that email, the appointment is linked to it.
Appointment management (rescheduling, cancellation) is accessible from your member area, under My Appointments. Specific cancellation conditions for each training are communicated at enrollment.
5. Responsibilities
LabO RNP undertakes to: provide the service with the reasonable care of a professional provider, notify members of planned outages, and secure data in accordance with current standards.
You undertake to: provide accurate information at registration, use the service for lawful personal and professional purposes, and not attempt to compromise the security of the service.
LabO RNP shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Personal Data
The collection and processing of personal data within Synapse is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge having read it.
