A letter to movement professionals

Your tools are good.
Your reading frame
stops one floor too low.

« This training opened my eyes to archaic reflexes, neurology, posturology — and how to apply them on the field in real, concrete ways. »
Matthieu, coach

You have the technique. The experience. The hours on the ground.

And yet some clients don't progress the way they should. The pattern returns. The athlete plateaus. The child labeled difficult remains difficult.

It isn't a competence problem. It's a reading-frame problem.

Most initial trainings teach how to act on the body. Few teach how to read the nervous system that organizes it.

Rehab
The rehab client who isn't improving anymore

You worked, progressed, then the pattern came back. Identical. You adjust your approach, you try something else. Without understanding why it's still blocking, you go in circles.

Coaching & Performance
The athlete who plateaus anyway

Recurring tensions, lack of coordination, compensations settling in. You intervene, it improves, then it returns. You look for the cause where you're used to looking. It isn't there.

Learning & Emotions
The child called "difficult"

Focus, motor skills, learning: difficulties classical assessments don't really capture. Not because they're bad. They don't look in the right place.

Three similar profiles. Three radically different outcomes.

Same kind of request, same kind of approach. You feel something slipping past you. You're right.

What practitioners tell us after 3 months.

900 professionals trained. 6 countries. 10 trades. Their feedback converges on three concrete shifts.

First shift
The stubborn case that moves

The one stalled for 4 sessions, 6 months, a year. A change of angle brings a change of observable.

Second shift
The assessment that saves time

The RNP analysis funnel replaces trial-and-error exploration. 12 to 15 minutes, not 2 sessions.

Third shift
Follow-up that takes shape

You no longer search case by case. You have a progression logic you can defend and adjust.

Practitioner voices

What they tell us after the training.

Ultra-comprehensive training that expands your understanding of movement and human beings and how to enhance them. Additionally, the trainers are truly attentive and continuously bring improvements. In short... I highly recommend it!
Rodolphe Billet
Sports Coach / Physical Trainer
As a physiotherapist for 15 years, feeling lost regarding my profession, this training changed everything for me (and for my patients). It is incredibly comprehensive, constantly updated, the trainers are very available to answer all our questions and encourage us to think for ourselves about major principles to individualize rather than applying "magic formulas." Initially aimed at athletes, it can be applied to all types of audiences, from children with developmental disorders to patients with neurological issues, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Average. This training is a gem.
Léa Guffond
Physiotherapist
The training is incredibly dense: very rich in knowledge and provides avenues for reflection. The trainers are extremely competent, humble, available, and approachable. The interdisciplinary exchange and the meetings during seminars with all the passionate professionals are real added values. There will clearly be a before and after for me... In summary, it's fantastic! A true game changer in everyday life and a tremendous eye-opener on a multitude of topics.

Client
Absolutely thrilled with this training!! I came looking for new knowledge about how the brain works and its role in optimizing movement, whether for well-being or performance. Learning about Primitive Reflexes and their emotional components also connected with my training in mental preparation. Finally, the seminar is ESSENTIAL for practical application, and the contributions from the Mastermind students are a real bonus to the seminar. The new topics discussed open up avenues for new learning and training methods. A big THANK YOU to Adrien, Romain, and Sébastien for their work, and it never stops ;).

The thesis

The nervous system
drives everything.

These 4 situations share one thing: a nervous system that hasn't been assessed. Assess it, find the cause. Find the cause, treat it.

Neuro-Postural Reprogramming connects functional neurology, posture and performance into a single reading frame. Not one more technique. An architecture that makes sense of what you already do, and lets you go where your current tools stop.

Before going further, let's clear up the misunderstandings.

It's not a neurology degree. You don't need 2 years of university to integrate these concepts. We synthesized the 4 relevant scientific fields into a field-applied framework.

It's not pure functional neurology. We also integrate French posturology and archaic reflexes. Broader, more applied, more hands-on.

It's not yet another coaching method. It's a reading frame that adds to your existing practice, without replacing what you already do well.

It's not quick-fix neuro-postural marketing. The protocols were tested on hundreds of cases. 900+ pros trained. Studies under publication.

We didn't invent a new neuroscience. We operationalize existing research for movement professionals. That's what we sell.

Who exactly it's for.

The training is organized around 3 complementary tracks. The reading frame is the same for all. The application adapts to your field reality.

Rehab
Those who repair. Physical therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, posturologists, psychomotricians.
Coaching
Those who optimize. Strength coaches, sports coaches, trainers, mental performance coaches.
Learning
Those who support. Psychomotricians, special educators, occupational therapists.
+ others
APAS teachers, naturopaths, body therapists.
NRP isn't for you if
  • you're looking for a turnkey method with no commitment
  • you're starting without a clientele to apply it on
  • you want results in 3 weeks without getting your hands dirty
  • you're not ready to question certain professional habits

Why we created NRP.

We've done many trainings in many fields. Everywhere, the same conclusion: we had forgotten the brain as the guide of movement.

So we went looking elsewhere. Archaic reflexes. Posturology. Functional neurology. Each field was taught in its corner, siloed, rarely transferable to the field.

We wanted to bring them together. Reorganize them. Make them applicable tomorrow, with real clients.

That's how RNP was born.

Three perspectives on movement.

Three backgrounds. Three expertises. One shared conviction: movement begins in the brain.

What it rests on

An approach built on solid foundations.

RNP was born at the crossroads of functional neurology, archaic reflexes, posturology and training. Protocols built in the field, tested on hundreds of cases, studies under publication.

Studies under publication.School applications on balance, gait, learning.

The program. Four modules.

What Sébastien, Romain and Adrien built for you. Each module builds on the previous one. From understanding to direct field application.

01
Functional Neurology
Build a highly individualized approach.
By the end of this module, you assess a complete nervous system in under 15 minutes. What 95% of practitioners never do.
~120 lessons
  • Nervous system and performance: core principles
  • Brainstem: the 12 cranial nerves, assessment and stimulation for each
  • Cerebellum: complete assessment + training protocols
  • Visual system: Worth test, convergence, saccades, pursuit, accommodation, vergence
  • Vestibular system: ~30 lessons, from functional test to progressive training
  • Proprioception: proprioceptive receptors, assessment, training
  • Complete RNP assessment: the analysis funnel (LabO signature methodology)
  • Bonus: pain module
02
Archaic Reflexes
The foundations of movement.
By the end of this module, the 8-year-old who can't sit still in class and the athlete who misses in competition are no longer mysteries.
~60 lessons
  • 15 reflexes studied in depth: RPP, Moro, TLR, ATNR, STNR, Galant, Perez, Landau, Crawling, Palmar, Babinski, Plantar, Traction, Crossed extension
  • For each reflex: theory, assessment test, integration protocol
  • Early primary motor skills: 15 fundamental motor exercises
  • Integration methods, postural pathology, sensory axes, sequencing
03
Posturology
Act at the source, not on the compensation.
By the end of this module, you no longer confuse cause and compensation. Postures that seemed irreducible now have an entry point.
~25 lessons
  • The 5 sensors: foot, eye, jaw, vestibular, psycho-emotional
  • Complete static and dynamic postural assessment
  • Training strategies adapted to each sensor
  • Breathing and posture
  • Multidisciplinary team work: how to collaborate with other practitioners
04
RNP Training
Turn theory into field results.
By the end of this module, every concept in the training becomes a protocol you use in session from the next week.
~65 lessons
  • Applied neuroplasticity: training principles, exercise selection, fatigue management
  • Proprioception: movement template, perturbation, unilateral/bilateral
  • Isometrics: tendinopathy, reflex strength
  • RNP Vision bible: ~40 exercises. This library alone contains more exercises than most complete visual rehab trainings.
  • Vestibular: complete progression + reflex strength
  • Archaic reflexes in training: direct field application
Module extended during the 2-day in-person seminar: concrete applications and hands-on practice among peers.

Plus: final assessment + certification at the end of the 4 modules. And lifetime access. You access past and future, the content grows, your access never expires.

You're not joining a training. You're joining a living laboratory.

The online training is the foundation. But every month, the community gathers: live masterclasses, in-person seminars, new NITs. Everything organized around the 3 tracks: Rehab, Coaching & Performance, Learning & Emotions.

NIT · Neuro-Interval Training

A short protocol combining test, targeted stimulation and retest, to unlock a specific system (vestibular, peripheral vision, regulation, sleep, memory). It's the operational building block of RNP, what you use in your sessions.

A moment

The difference between learning and applying, is what you put around it.

What follows isn't a feature list. It's the answer to a question we asked ourselves while building the training: what do you need to provide beyond the content so a movement professional actually applies what they've learned?

What's in the box.

The training isn't a video library. It's a reading grid that transforms your practice. 4 modules, lifetime access, 1 in-person seminar included.

Next cohort. September 15-25, 2026.

Limited to 30 participants. This limit isn't marketing. Beyond it, the support becomes mechanically impossible to sustain.

Why 30 maximum.

Each student gets 5 one-on-one calls with a trainer, personal follow-up throughout the program, and direct feedback on concrete cases. Beyond 30 practitioners per cohort, this support becomes mechanically impossible.

We tested at 35 and at 40. In both cases, follow-up quality dropped. We went back to 30, and we turn down enrollments every cohort to hold this standard.

This limit isn't marketing. It's an operational constraint we own.

The questions that remain.

How legitimate is the RNP system?

RNP is built on 4 established scientific fields: functional neurology (Carrick, Cobb), archaic reflexes (Melillo, Goddard-Blythe), posturology (French and English schools), and applied neuroplasticity (Doidge, Merzenich). 900+ professionals trained across 6 countries, 4.8/5 satisfaction.

Is this training suited to my profession?

More than 10 professions are represented in our cohorts today, across the 3 tracks: Rehab (PTs, osteos, chiros, posturologists, psychomotricians), Coaching & Performance (strength coaches, trainers, mental coaches), Learning & Emotions (psychomotricians, special educators, occupational therapists). Plus APAS teachers, naturopaths and body therapists.

RNP is a specialization training. It doesn't replace your initial training, it adds to what you already do.

Is it really worth the investment?

It's a question most pros ask before enrolling. Here's what we can say factually: €2,997 for 4 video modules (40h+), lifetime access that grows with new content, and 1 in-person seminar included. The 12-month split is available: €266 per month. The no-condition satisfaction guarantee exists precisely to make this decision reversible.

« PT for 15 years, losing meaning in my profession, this training changed everything for me (and for my patients). »
· Léa Guffond, physical therapist
What if I find the method too complex?

Each module breaks the theory down into practical cases, implementation and ready-to-use protocols. You're individually supported by a trainer throughout: 5 dedicated exchanges focused on your concrete cases. And the 900+ practitioner community is there for day-to-day questions.

Are the results sustainable?

By reprogramming the sensori-motor loop, the benefits (posture, mobility, motor skills, stability) hold beyond the session and the program.

« Honestly the most complete training I've been able to try in the world of functional neurology. »
· Sébastien Billard, sports coach / strength coach
What if my schedule is already full?

The training is asynchronous: you progress when you want, and lives are recorded. About an hour a week is enough. Lifetime content access.

When do the in-person seminars take place?

You come to the seminar you want, when you want. There are several throughout the year. Next 2026 dates: June 6-7 (Imling), September 19-20 (Imling), October 3-4 (Lyon), December 5-6 (Imling).

One seminar is included with enrollment. The second is offered as a bonus. Travel and accommodation costs remain at your charge.

Is the training eligible for funding (CPF, OPCO, etc.)?

No. These schemes impose administrative frameworks that slow the training's evolution and limit our pedagogical freedom. We prefer a direct model, no middleman, with a 12-month split (€266/month) that remains accessible.

Only one question remains
In six months,
you'll be there.
Or you'll still be searching
.
· Sébastien, Romain, Adrien
Next cohort · September 15-25, 2026

In six months, you can be the professional others recommend.

Not because you'll have learned one more technique. Because you'll have understood what most don't yet: why the body does what it does.
