Meet Rudy Coia, a bodybuilding and neuroscience enthusiast who shares his experience and vision on learning and sports practice.
Hello everyone! Today, we welcome Rudy Coia. Although he doesn't need an introduction, we'll let him introduce himself. We'll explore his passions and the connections he makes with neuroscience.
Hi Rudy, thanks for joining us!
For those who don't know me, I'm a training and bodybuilding enthusiast. I'm progressing step by step in my journey. I've created two major websites: rudya.com, dedicated to online coaching, and superficie.org, which has been a popular platform for bodybuilding practitioners since 2009. There, I offer articles, podcasts, and videos.
In addition, I have other projects, like my site "The Secrets of Kayaking" where I share podcasts, and leadercast.fr, focused on personal development and entrepreneurship.
I started to get interested in bodybuilding over 20 years ago. At that time, there were few resources, and bodybuilding forums were valuable exchange spaces. I've always wanted to democratize good knowledge on the subject and provide a coherent vision without contradictions.
On Super Physique, we've gathered many contributors, each with a different area of expertise, to share knowledge about bodybuilding. The goal was to offer quality content without confusing the readers.
With the advent of social media, the dynamics have changed. Forums, which were once in-depth exchange spaces, are now replaced by platforms where quantity prevails over quality. This can create confusion for newcomers, as anyone can express their opinion, even without experience.
Passion is essential in the field of sports and learning. Without it, it becomes difficult to fully invest oneself and evolve. I've often noticed that those who succeed are the ones who are genuinely passionate about what they do.
My curiosity led me to explore neuroscience. I discovered that many of our performances are governed by the nervous system. Through training, I've learned to evaluate and test these concepts, which has allowed me to see tangible results in my practice.
By integrating neuroscience into my sports practice, I understood that performance issues can often be resolved through a better understanding of the nervous system. This opens up new perspectives and possibilities for improvement.
