Hi Adrien, I'm doing great, thanks for having me. I'm excited to be here to talk about our method and its practical application.
We will meet in the Liège region on March 1st for an introductory course on the RNP method. It will be a fascinating day where we will see how the brain and nervous system impact our motor skills and sports effectiveness.
There are many commonalities between our approach and CrossFit. I enjoy drawing connections between different training methods, particularly with the StrongFit method, for which I am also certified.
In 2017, I encountered serious back problems. At that time, I was looking for additional training to better understand these issues. I attended several seminars, including the StrongFit one, which greatly helped me in my practice.
The principles I learned allowed me to relearn how to move correctly, particularly by engaging the obliques and using the hip pivot. This had a major impact on my approach to personal coaching and CrossFit.
I believe that every aspect of training, including nutrition and the psycho-emotional state, must be taken into account. We all have a lens through which we view athletes' issues, and it is essential to know where to intervene.
It is crucial to have a variety of tools at our disposal. Whether it's by rebalancing muscle engagement or discussing nutrition, each element plays a role in improving performance and preventing injuries.
In conclusion, I am really excited to share this knowledge during our meeting in Liège on March 1st. It will be an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas about our methods and learn together.
